Embodiment reveals our bodies as central to change and transformation. It awakes our felt sense of choice and deepens our connection to ourselves, each other and the world around us.”

Prentis Hemphill

Embodied coaching and learning for leaders, change-makers and groups seeking to find grounding, connection, and alignment under the pressure of this time.

What’s the work?

Through the lens of embodiment and the cultivation of simple body-based practices, supporting people to build self-awareness, move through stuck patterns, and find pathways back to center — becoming the resilient leaders we long to be.

Who’s it for?

People and groups taking seriously their impact in their world, who want support learning to embody their values under pressure, and growing capacity to move and lead with choice and integrity.

How I work:

1:1 Somatic Coaching, public workshops, deep-dive cohorts (embodied antiracist practice for white folks & embodied practice for spiritual care practitioners), and extended facilitation work with organizational partners.

What if your body already knew how to heal?

We’re saturated with books, strategies, products - promising to make us feel better, more fulfilled and more alive. But still there are some things about how we feel and how we move through the world that just won’t shift. I believe our wise bodies, wired to protect us, also know how to heal and I would love to support you in tuning into that wisdom.

What if our roots went deeper?

Part of my work is cultivating embodied antiracist culture and community with fellow white folks. Why? In our efforts to distance from the harm of whiteness, we often distance from each other, leaving us fractured and without relationships or reparative ways of being that can replace our patterns of racist harm and hold us through the pain of change. But what if it was possible to cultivate culture and community that could do just that? And what if we could leave something different than we inherited, for those who come next?
